If you were unable to pay at the toll booth, you’ll need to pay online
We’ll have explained this – and details of any additional charges – at the toll booth when taking your personal details. We also verify these against the Government’s DVLA database: images of your vehicle will have been captured by our CCTV/ANPR cameras.
It can take up to 48 hours for your trip to be uploaded into the system, so don’t panic if you can’t find your details straight away. Just make sure you check back regularly: further charges will be added if you haven’t settled-up within 6 days, followed by debt recovery action after that.
You’ll need your Vehicle Registration Number to settle your Payment Notice.
Quicker and easier with an account
Once you’ve paid any outstanding charges, why not open a breeze account? Top-up with an initial £30, then simply ‘breeze’ through the toll lanes without stopping to pay thanks to our automatic numberplate recognition (ANPR) technology. When your balance gets low, another top-up is triggered automatically – no stress, no fuss and no more fumbling for payment! It’s cheaper, too.
To pay online simply click here.
The terms and conditions for our Deferred Payments can be found here.
Should you wish to appeal a Payment Notice, this must be done within 6 days following the date when your trip was validated by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0330 660 0790, Monday- Friday 08:30-17:00. otherwise, it will be passed to our debt recovery agency.
You will be required to provide evidence to support your appeal.
